Flooring should be compared as a complete installed system, not only by plank colour. Review plank and pack dimensions, coverage, construction, wear information and the substrate, underlay, expansion and transition requirements for the selected product.
Measure each area separately and deduct permanent exclusions only when appropriate. Add a realistic cutting and waste allowance based on the layout and installer’s advice. Colour and grain can vary between screens, samples and batches, so confirm the product and quantity before work begins.
