Accessibility
A considered home should be easier to find for everyone. Here is how to use the site and get help if something gets in the way.

Our approach
We aim to make product information, navigation and support usable by people with different access needs. The design uses readable text, structured headings, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. The Australian Human Rights Commission’s digital-access guidance informs ongoing improvement.
This is a practical accessibility statement, not a claim that every page, document or external service has been independently certified to a particular WCAG level. We welcome reports of barriers.
Using a keyboard
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between interactive controls. A “Skip to content” link at the start of each main page lets you bypass repeated navigation. Activate links and buttons using the normal keyboard controls for your browser. Selection fields can be operated with the keyboard.
The Explore control opens the photo menu. Product and search panels can be closed with their labelled close button; Escape closes the theme’s dialogs and returns focus to the opening control where available. You do not need to hover to find essential product details or the checkout total.
Motion, zoom and display preferences
The theme responds to your device’s reduced-motion preference to limit decorative transitions and scroll effects. You can usually find this preference in your operating system’s accessibility or display settings. Browser zoom and text enlargement can help make content easier to read.
The homepage uses large editorial imagery and motion, while product pages provide written descriptions and details. If an animation, spacing issue or image prevents you from completing a task, tell us the page and the action you were trying to take so we can help.
Product imagery, dimensions and documents
Important product descriptions and form labels are available as text. Campaign scenes are visual inspiration and may not show every component or clearance. Use the product’s written dimensions, inclusions and model documents when planning an installation.
Some supplier PDFs, diagrams or technical sheets may have accessibility limitations. Contact us with the product or document you need and the format that would help, such as a plain-text explanation of measurements or inclusions. Do not rely on a decorative image as the only source of a safety or installation requirement.
Forms, search and checkout
Forms identify required inputs and show validation or submission errors. Check for a confirmed response before assuming an enquiry was received. Search can be used to locate a product or guide without navigating the photo menu. The sitemap provides text links to the main sections.
Shopify hosts sign-in and payment screens, and payment or verification providers can introduce their own controls. If a challenge, checkout step or external widget is inaccessible, contact us for assistance with the underlying enquiry or order. Never send full card details or sign-in codes through a support form.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Use Contact us or the available direct contact details below. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, what went wrong and your preferred way to receive a reply. If useful and comfortable to share, include your browser or assistive technology. A diagnosis or explanation of your disability is not required.
If the contact form itself is the barrier, use an available direct email or phone contact. We will discuss a practical alternative, such as written product information or help preparing a selection, and consider a correction to the website.
Review and escalation
Accessibility needs to be checked again when products, documents, apps and page layouts change. Automated checks help find some issues but cannot confirm the usability of every interaction. Feedback from people using assistive technology is valuable alongside technical testing.
If you are dissatisfied with the response, use Feedback & complaints. This process does not prevent you from approaching an appropriate external body. The review date above identifies when this statement was last checked.
