JS SUPPLY / GOOD TO KNOW

Track an order

Your next step, without the guesswork.

Find the secure order-status link

Start with the confirmation email for the order, then check any later dispatch email. The secure order-status link shows the information available for that purchase; a carrier link may be provided once tracking is available. Search your inbox for the order reference and check junk or spam folders if you cannot find the message.

Keep the link private because it relates to your order. This page does not ask you to paste a secure order-status URL or enter payment information.

Use your account when available

Open your account using the email associated with the purchase to view the orders available there. An account is not required to request help through the form below. If you used another email at checkout, include that email in your enquiry so the correct order can be located.

An order confirmation and a dispatch confirmation are different steps. If you have confirmation of purchase but no tracking yet, ask for the status of the affected items rather than assuming a carrier has collected them.

Check whether the order is arriving in parts

Compare each dispatch update with the product lines and quantities in the original order. Large or mixed orders may have separately confirmed delivery arrangements. If only some items have arrived, list the received and missing items when you contact us.

For carrier tracking that appears unchanged, record the last displayed update and its date. For a delivery marked complete that you have not received, check the delivery details and any authorised receiving arrangement, then contact us promptly with the order reference and what you have checked.

Send an enquiry that identifies the issue

Include the order reference if available, the checkout email, the delivery postcode and the product or parcel you are asking about. State the question clearly: awaiting dispatch, tracking not updating, part delivery, address correction or a delivered parcel you cannot locate.

Example enquiry: “Order [reference], delivery postcode [postcode]. The basin arrived, but the mirror has not. Please confirm whether it has a separate dispatch.” Replace the bracketed details with your own. Never send a password or complete card number. For damaged or incorrect goods, see returns and refunds as well.
