Delivery & collection

A little planning makes arrival easier.

Get a delivery price for your actual order

Delivery depends on the products, their size and weight, your address and the service available there. Review the delivery option and total shown for your order before paying. If checkout cannot provide an option, use the form below with the product names, quantities and postcode so the order can be checked.

For a larger project, identify which rooms or product groups are required together. Do not assume a cabinet, mirror, bath and flooring will travel as one consignment. Confirm the proposed delivery arrangements and any separate charges in the written order or quotation.

Tell us about access before booking

Include details that may affect the service: stairs, lifts, narrow driveways, restricted parking, apartment loading areas, gates and building booking requirements. For a construction site, explain who can accept the goods and whether vehicle or time restrictions apply.

  • Check the route from the delivery point to safe storage.
  • Measure narrow doorways, turns and lifts against packaged dimensions where available.
  • Confirm who provides unloading and handling.
  • Ask whether the agreed service ends at a nominated delivery point or includes any further placement.

Plan around confirmed timing

Use the timing confirmed for your particular items and order. A general product estimate is not a booked delivery appointment. Keep your contact details current so any carrier or order updates can reach you, and use the order tracking page when you need help finding a dispatch update.

Leave time between receiving goods and installation to check the model, finish, dimensions and condition. Avoid booking irreversible work solely around an unconfirmed estimate. Tell us promptly if your site or receiving arrangements change.

Prepare for large or fragile goods

Choose a dry, secure receiving and storage area appropriate to the products. Keep mirrors, stone tops, basins and cabinets protected and follow the supplied handling and storage instructions. Do not plan to lift a heavy item alone or assume a parcel service includes specialist handling inside your home.

Installation, connection of fittings, unpacking, placement in a chosen room and removal of old items are only included when expressly agreed. If you need one of those services, clarify the scope before the delivery is booked.

Check the delivery and report a problem

Compare the goods received with your order. Check the model, finish and package count, and note any obvious packaging damage. Where safe and practical, keep photographs of the packaging, labels and affected item. Retain useful packaging until the products have been checked.

For damage, missing pieces or an incorrect item, contact us with the order reference and what you have received. Prompt reporting helps investigation; the returns and refunds policy explains the available support and consumer-rights position. Do not install a visibly incorrect or damaged item simply because a trade visit is booked.

Collection and changes to arrangements

Collection is available only where it is offered and confirmed for your order. Wait for the collection instructions and confirmed readiness before travelling. Confirm the location, opening or appointment arrangements, order identification and the vehicle and handling needed for the packaged goods.

If you need to change an address, delivery booking or collection plan, provide the order reference and new details as soon as possible. Feasibility and any applicable cost must be confirmed for that order. Read the shipping policy for the broader terms.
