Let’s find the fit.

Bring your ideas. We’ll work through the practical details together.

GOOD THINGS, THOUGHT THROUGH

A little clarity goes a long way.

Start with your room measurements and the pieces you are considering. We can help organise a product enquiry and identify information needed from suppliers. Structural, plumbing, waterproofing and electrical decisions belong with appropriately qualified professionals.

Turn your idea into a useful brief

You do not need a finished design to start a product conversation. Tell us what you are changing, who uses the room and what is not working now. A short brief such as “replace the laundry cabinet while keeping the washer and existing plumbing” is more useful than an unexplained list of product links.

Include the room dimensions, postcode, preferred timing and whether you are still comparing options or already working with an installer. If you have a budget, say what it needs to cover: products only, delivery, or a wider project that includes separately arranged work.

Bring measurements and the right references

Record dimensions in millimetres and label the walls, openings and service positions on a simple sketch. List the exact models of any appliances or fittings that must remain. Copy the product names, selected finishes and sizes from your shortlist so the conversation concerns the same variants.

The website enquiry form accepts text. Summarise the key dimensions and questions there; if drawings or photographs are needed, ask for the appropriate way to provide them in the reply. Do not assume files can be attached to a form that has no upload control.

Separate product choices from site decisions

Product advice can help you locate specifications, compare inclusions and identify questions to put to the supplier or your installer. It cannot establish the condition of a concealed wall, approve waterproofing, design structural support or confirm an electrical or plumbing installation from a styled image.

Ask appropriately qualified professionals to assess the site and the installation requirements. Keep a list of unresolved questions, such as wall support, tap reach, appliance ventilation or a worktop cut-out, and record who will confirm each one.

Build a clear specification

For each item, record the model or SKU, selected finish, dimensions, quantity and required accessories. Mark items as included, separately purchased or awaiting confirmation. For multiple rooms, group the schedule by room and keep a consistent name for each finish.

Before accepting a quotation, check the supplied components, prices, delivery arrangements, timing and any separately agreed services. Keep the final agreed version, not only an earlier mood image or an initial enquiry. Use your saved list to revisit the shortlist while you work through those decisions.
