Create a room-by-room plan
Give each room its own short brief: what stays, what changes, the dimensions and the main practical goal. Then gather the finish decisions into one list so you can compare them together. A whole-home plan works best when each room’s requirements remain clear within the shared direction.
Separate confirmed choices from ideas. A product can be visually right but still need a check on size, installation, stock or compatibility. Keep those open points beside the item rather than assuming that saving it means it is ready to order.
Decide where to repeat and where to vary
Repeat the details that help the rooms feel related: flooring tone, cabinet colour, a shape or a metal finish. Vary the balance to suit the use of each room. The kitchen may need more robust storage and preparation space, while the bathroom needs a different relationship between water, surfaces and fittings.
Compare the actual finish references and samples where available. Similar finish names from different manufacturers do not guarantee an exact match. If matching is essential, include that requirement in the enquiry before accepting an alternative.
Organise a staged purchase
Group the schedule by delivery stage and record who will receive each group of goods. Check access and storage for large or fragile items. Confirm the timing for the actual products before fixing the installation sequence around them.
