JS SUPPLY / GOOD TO KNOW

Terms & conditions

The practical terms for using our store and ordering pieces for your home. Read these with your confirmed order or quotation.

Last content review: 25 September 2026

About these terms

These terms concern JS Supply Co’s Australian storefront and purchases made through it. The seller’s legal and contact details appear below. Read the product description, selected variant, delivery information, returns policy and any written quotation alongside these terms before ordering. A project-specific term must be brought to your attention before you agree to it.

Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory rights prevail over inconsistent wording in a policy or quotation.

Browsing, accounts and enquiries

Provide accurate details when submitting an enquiry or placing an order. Use an account only if you are authorised to do so, keep sign-in codes private and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. An enquiry, saved list, room plan or downloadable selection is not an order, reservation of stock or binding quotation.

Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, access another person’s information or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service without removing existing customer rights.

Product descriptions, imagery and samples

The product listing and agreed specification identify the goods being ordered. Check dimensions, finish, handedness, model, quantity and included components. Styled room imagery may combine several separately sold products and architecture; some campaign scenes are AI-assisted. The written inclusions explain what is supplied.

Screen settings, lighting and natural materials can affect how a finish appears. Ask about available samples and actual product photography if colour or texture is critical. These observations do not excuse goods that materially differ from their description, an agreed sample or representations we made.

Prices, currency and the order total

Review the currency shown and final order total before payment. Australian consumer prices must include applicable GST and other unavoidable charges as required by law. Delivery and any optional services must be identified before you commit to the purchase. Product selection, destination and service level can affect the final delivery charge.

A “from” price refers to the specified starting configuration. Do not assume every pictured piece is included at that price. Supplier reference prices, unpaid planning estimates and saved totals are not a confirmed JS Supply quotation. Where an item requires a quote, obtain the written scope and total first.

Ordering and availability

Check the order summary and correct any errors before submitting payment. Keep the acknowledgement and subsequent order communications. If there is an availability, specification or pricing problem, we will contact you to explain it and discuss an appropriate correction, alternative or refund where required. We will not substitute a materially different item or impose a higher price without your agreement.

For a quote-led project, the written quotation should state its validity, acceptance process, payment stages and proposed lead times. Do not arrange irreversible work on the basis of a browsing estimate alone.

Custom cabinetry and approved specifications

Confirm measured drawings, appliance sizes, service positions, finishes, hardware, inclusions and exclusions before approving production. Tell us whether professional measurement or design work is required; it is not included unless agreed. A request to alter approved work may affect the scope, price and timing, which should be agreed in writing.

Deposit, cancellation and refund conditions for custom work must be disclosed before acceptance and be consistent with consumer law and unfair-contract-term rules. These terms do not impose automatic forfeiture of every deposit or a blanket “no refunds on custom orders” rule.

Bundles and flooring quantities

Room edits are a way to bring selected products together. The checkout list, quantities and written inclusions control what is ordered, not every object visible in a campaign photograph. Review the compatibility notes and required additional parts before buying a combination.

Where flooring is sold in packs, the sale unit, pack coverage and pack price must be confirmed. Area and waste calculators provide estimates only. Have measurements and cutting allowances checked for the actual installation. A saved square-metre estimate is not an instruction to charge by square metre if the configured sale unit is a full pack.

Payment and checkout

Use the payment methods presented by Shopify checkout for the order. Do not send card numbers, security codes or sign-in codes through enquiry forms or ordinary email. Any finance or accelerated-payment service you choose can have separate provider terms, which should be read before using it.

If a payment fails or the order status is unclear, check for confirmation and contact us before repeatedly submitting payment. Refunds and disputed transactions are handled consistently with your payment method and applicable rights; using a particular payment provider does not remove consumer guarantees.

Delivery, collection and installation

Read Shipping & collection for bulky-item access, lead times and delivery issues. Confirm whether unloading, placement, removal of old fittings or installation is included. These services are not assumed merely because the goods are large.

Use appropriately qualified and licensed trades where required. Product selection advice and styled examples do not replace a site assessment, engineering advice or local approvals. This does not exclude responsibility for incorrect representations or services we actually supply.

Changes, cancellation and returns

Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. The available options depend on progress, the agreement made and your statutory rights. We will explain any proposed charge or revised scope rather than treat a request as acceptance of an unspecified fee.

Read Returns & refunds for faults, incorrect goods, voluntary change-of-mind offers and refunds. Read Warranty & consumer guarantees for additional warranties. There is no general term excluding all responsibility for foreseeable loss or limiting every claim to the purchase price.

Content, external links and privacy

Website content is provided for browsing, planning and ordering. Intellectual-property rights in our content and supplier material remain with their owners. Contact us before reusing photography, branding or substantial content for commercial purposes. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Links to a supplier or another service provide additional information; their separate terms and notices can apply when you use that service. Our Privacy policy explains personal-information handling, and Cookies & preferences explains browser storage.

Questions, disputes and updates

Start with customer support, or use Feedback & complaints if the issue remains unresolved. Include the order or quotation reference and the outcome you are seeking. Nothing requires you to give up access to a competent consumer agency, regulator, tribunal or court.

Australian law applies as relevant to the transaction, including mandatory protections in your state or territory. Updates apply prospectively and do not unilaterally rewrite an already agreed order or take away accrued rights. Keep a copy of the terms and quotation relevant to your purchase.
