JS SUPPLY / GOOD TO KNOW

Shipping policy

Plan delivery around the actual goods, address and site access. Large and fragile pieces need a little preparation.

Delivery availability and quotations

Delivery options depend on the products, quantities, destination and service available for the order. Confirm coverage and the delivery charge before paying. A general reference to Australian delivery does not mean every postcode, island or remote location is served on the same terms.

If checkout cannot provide an appropriate option for a bulky or quote-led order, contact us for a written delivery quote. Do not assume a missing shipping rate means free delivery. Any quoted limits, access requirements and inclusions should be made clear before acceptance.

Lead times and order updates

Use the dispatch and delivery information confirmed for your actual order. Stocked products, supplier-dispatched items and custom cabinetry can have different lead times. A dispatch estimate is not necessarily an arrival date. If items are to travel separately, check which products are in each consignment.

Avoid booking installation solely from a general website estimate. If a delay affects an agreed essential date, contact us so the available options and applicable rights can be considered. An estimated date does not remove obligations to supply within the period required by the agreement or law.

Site access and bulky goods

Tell us before ordering about stairs, lifts, loading restrictions, narrow passages, unsealed access, parking limitations or a site still under construction. Confirm who will receive the goods and whether the quoted service includes unloading, a tail lift, delivery beyond the access point or placement in a particular room.

Installation, disposal of packaging, removal of old fittings and room-of-choice placement are not automatically included. Any additional service or reasonably foreseeable access charge should be agreed in advance. Do not try to move heavy stone, cabinets or baths without suitable people and equipment.

Address changes and missed deliveries

Check the delivery address, phone number and access notes carefully. Contact us promptly if they change. A carrier may be unable to redirect goods already in transit. If redelivery, storage or an altered service is proposed, we will explain the reason and any applicable charge for agreement, consistently with your rights.

Do not leave payment details in delivery instructions. If you request authority to leave, discuss a suitable secure location for the particular goods. That request does not create a blanket waiver for negligent delivery or defective products.

Checking the delivery

Where practical, check the package count, item labels and visible condition on arrival. Keep photographs if packaging or goods appear damaged and note issues with the delivery record where possible. Compare the supplied model, finish and quantities with your order before installation.

Report a discrepancy or damage promptly to help investigation. A signature, a short reporting window or disposal of packaging does not automatically extinguish Australian Consumer Law rights. Stop using an unsafe item and seek qualified help if there is an immediate hazard.

Collection orders

Collection is available only when specifically offered and confirmed for your order. Wait for confirmation that the goods are ready and follow the advised collection location and hours. Bring the order reference and authorisation if another person is collecting for you.

Confirm package dimensions and weights before choosing a vehicle. Bring suitable restraints and handling equipment. A supplier address or a registered business address is not automatically a collection point or returns depot.

Missing goods, returns and support

Use Track an order or customer support with your order and consignment details if delivery appears incomplete or overdue. We will check the available information with the relevant provider. Do not pay an unexpected fee through an unverified tracking message; contact us if a message looks suspicious.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, read Returns & refunds, including collection of large items. Delivery arrangements do not replace your statutory rights or require you to resolve a seller’s obligation solely with a carrier.
